四氟盤根
四氟盤根由純聚四氟乙烯纖維編織而成的，不經(jīng)PTFE乳液及潤(rùn)滑油脂處理。因是由實(shí)心編織而具有柔韌可調(diào)性，所以與軸，填料箱能很好的配合有***的耐腐蝕性能，良好的自潤(rùn)滑性和防粘貼性。可用于化工、食品、醫(yī)藥、造紙、化纖、 精細(xì)化工等不允許有污染的操作場(chǎng)合，適用于除了可溶性堿金屬和游離氟離子以外的所有化學(xué)介質(zhì)。
耐高溫——使用工作溫度達(dá)250℃。
耐低溫——具有良好的機(jī)械韌性；即使溫度下降到-196℃，也可保持5%的伸長(zhǎng)率。
耐腐蝕——對(duì)大多數(shù)化學(xué)***和溶劑，表現(xiàn)出惰性、能耐強(qiáng)酸強(qiáng)堿、水和各種***。
耐氣候——有塑料中***佳的老化壽命?！ 「邼?rùn)滑——是固體材料中摩擦系數(shù)***低者。
不粘附——是固體材料中***小的表面張力，不粘附任何物質(zhì)。
High temperature resistant -- using the work temperature of 250DEG C.
Low temperature resistance -- has good mechanical toughness; even if the temperatures down to - 196 degrees C, but also can keep5% elongation.
Corrosion resistance -- for most chemicals and solvents, dem***trated ability of acid alkali, inert, water and organic solvent.
Weather resistant plastics -- the best aging life. High lubrication -- solid material friction coefficient in the lowest.
Adhesion -- is a solid material in minimal surface tension, no adhesion to any material.
