進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)放料閥主要用于反應(yīng)釜、儲(chǔ)罐和其它容器的底部排料、放料、取樣和無死區(qū)關(guān)斷操作。借助于閥門底部法蘭焊接于儲(chǔ)罐和其它容器的底部，因此消除工藝介質(zhì)通常在容器出口的殘留現(xiàn)象。德國漢克(HANK)氣動(dòng)放料閥設(shè)計(jì)新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)合理，采用不銹鋼、WCB等材質(zhì)作閥體，密封性能良好。
適用條件
1、使用介質(zhì)如水、酒精、氨、碳酸鋇、苯（WCB材質(zhì)的***低用溫度為-29℃,***高溫度為425℃。）
2、使用介質(zhì)如顆粒、油品、紙漿、二氧化碳 氣（不銹鋼材質(zhì)的***低使用溫度為-100℃，***高使用溫度為232℃。）
3、嚴(yán)禁使用含氟離子液體（如HF等）也不能用強(qiáng)堿及磷酸（溫度＞150℃ 濃度＞30%）。
工作原理
1、輕松轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，將切換手柄推移到（分）指示牌，即可進(jìn)***動(dòng)操作。
2、當(dāng)氣源進(jìn)入電磁閥后，電磁閥自動(dòng)開戾上（或下）輸氣口，電磁閥接通電源時(shí)，閥門自動(dòng)開啟，斷電時(shí)閥門自動(dòng)關(guān)閉。紅色按鈕為手動(dòng)調(diào)試使用開關(guān)按鈕。
3、當(dāng)氣源進(jìn)入氣缸上部時(shí)，將活塞推向下部，即關(guān)閉閥門。
4、當(dāng)氣源進(jìn)入氣缸下部時(shí)，將活塞推向上部，即開啟閥門。
5、連續(xù)作業(yè)時(shí)，按上述作往返動(dòng)力。
